[Building Sakai] Sakai & Shibboleth

As an alternative to solving the multi-institutional deployment, I was asked to investigate if anyone has deployed a Shibboth solution for identity management.  If so, we would be interested to know how it is accomplished or if it could be accomplished to solve non-unique users from four institutions with four sis integrations.
