[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.7.1 performance issues

Hi everybody.

Related to the performance issues with msgcntr, I can see that the 2.7.2 
version of msgcntr (which should fix them) is available in the web: 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/msgcntr/tags/msgcntr-2.7.2/

I wonder if we can use already this tag or if we whould wait for a 
official release notification.
