[Building Sakai] Confluence slowness?

Anyone know why confluence is soooooo slow?  Feels like being on dial  
up.  I heard others complaining about it yesterday and I wasn't having  
the problem and then by yesterday afternoon I was also seeing the  
slowness.  I've seen it coming in from 3 different locations.
