[Building Sakai] Course site maintainer unable to email class mailing list

Is he trying to mail mailarchive from an external mail client? We've had
cases in the past where the email doesn't exactly match (case-sensitive) the
email that the user has on their client tool (like outlook or mail.app).
Mailarchive makes a call into the provider with findUsersByEmail() and if
the client has something like USERNAME at example.edu it probably won't match
and come up as unauthorized. The user has to change their email in their
mail client, or just set the site to accept mail from everyone.
