yes its an rSmart patch (or it might be Unicon). 

And: aye 'tis risky but also very useful. 

Actually it would be good if it made it into a release. I don't know how people live without it./

| I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but restoring via
| CONTENT_RESOURCE_DELETE has never worked (as the body path is
| incorrect), so if you mean changes in Sakai code have broken an
| uncommitted patch, that's the risk of using a patch that's not part of
| the codebase (as opposed to using a patch that's part of a future
| release backported to an older release).
