[Building Sakai] Drawing tool for Tests & Quizzes

Hi All -

Had a query about drawing tools for SAMigo, perhaps CKeditor.... Essentially, an instructors wants to create a question in Tests & Quizzes where the s/he uploads an image, and the students have to draw on the image and that would get saved as a new image and be submitted as their answer for the question. This is for a K-12 scenario. 

Anyone ever hear of anything like that?
