[Building Sakai] Blog's permissions in 2.7.0-rc01

Did you install the post_2_5 version at some point? The old blogger 
doesn't use sakai permissions whilst the post_2-5 version does, so 
unless you install the post_2-5 version once more you won't see the 
functions appear at all.
