[Building Sakai] Error building sakai 3

That file won't be in the central maven repo, it's a datestamped artifact
that gets published to the sakai repo.  We do this when we need to use
features that aren't yet in a released version of Sling.  The jar should
automatically be pulled by maven because the repository is listed in the
pom, but if you need to download it manually it's at
https://source.sakaiproject.org/maven2/org/apache/sling/org.apache.sling.jcr.base/2.0.7-20100524/
