[Building Sakai] Goal management tool and datapoint for 2.7.0?

Chris,

Thank you for your response. If you could get it to build with 2.7, I think
we can make use of it from there. We will test it out. I believe GMT and
Datapoint are the only tools we use that rely on taggable.

Our second thought was to grab the old taggable from 2.6.2, along with the
2.6.2 versions of GMT and Datapoint, and using those in 2.7.0. We were
apprehensive of doing such, as we didn¹t know if that would break anything
else (Assignments, etc.).

Please let me know if you get time to fix GMT and Datapoint to build in 2.7.
