[Building Sakai] Goal management tool and datapoint for 2.7.0?

Bob,
I've got them compiling against 2.7.0.  Pull from here:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/syracuse/gmt/tags/2.7.0
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/syracuse/datapoint/tags/2.7.0

FYI, I updated the trunks to work with sakai trunk as well.
