[Building Sakai] Goal management tool and datapoint for 2.7.0?

Bob,
Taggable had some api changes in 2.7 and GMT isn't really being maintained by anyone in the community (that I know of).  So, that's likely the errors you are seeing.
If nobody else has GMT code that works on 2.7, I might be able to get in there and make the appropriate changes to get it to compile.  I can't guarantee how things will work at runtime, but can at least get it to a point where you could build it.  Then, you could verify how things are working.
