[Building Sakai] how to change frame sizes in sakai

Hi Siri,

You can either modify the portal css to change the size of elements, or modify the portal markup to change the elements.

portal.css: SAKAI-SRC/reference/library/src/webapp/skin/<skinname>/portal.css
portal markup: SAKAI-SRC/portal/portal-render-engine-impl/pack/src/webapp/vm/defaultskin/*.vm
