[Building Sakai] how to change frame sizes in sakai

hi,

I want to display a big logo with a big banner in vertical sequence, for
which i need to increase the master frame size of sakai i.e, the master
logo, banner, login frame size.
please suggest where can i find this html or required file to do the above
mentioned changes. And what fields should be changed in those files.
