[Building Sakai] problem with browsers in sakai2-6-2

Sakai is QA tested against the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2, Firefox 3 on Windows
Firefox 2, Firefox 3 on Mac

You might have a configuration issue  that is messing up the stylesheets.

For example, sakai.properties has a setting for the skin repository:
skin.repo=/library/skin

and the default skin to use:
skin.default=default

if you misconfigure these, you might end up pointing to skins and css
files that aren't there.
