[Building Sakai] problem with browsers in sakai2-6-2

hi all,

i am facing great problem with sakai as it is not displayed in rite manner
all browsers even in higher versions of explorers like firefox3 and internet
explorer6,7.
Pages are displayed like text documents most of the time.
can anyone please suggest wher can i make changes in sakai code to make it
accessable in different browsers
