[Building Sakai] problem in building sakai-3.0.0-milestone01

IIRC the sakai-3.0.0-milestone01 tag felt misleading at the time. I think it is one of three milestone 1's. Could we retire it or rename it? I don't mind it remaining available as a historic artifact, but I don't think it is good to have it around with the current labelling.
