[Building Sakai] webDAV & windows 7

Hi,

the net share solution works for me, but gave me very slow connections indeed at least on two desktops windows 7 ultimate.

Turn on the IIS Management Console and WebDAV publishing Windows features, then, at the command prompt, enter:

net use * https://weblearn.ox.ac.uk/dav/627953ae-2fe7-4822-a70f-9c149f251794
