[Building Sakai] webDAV & windows 7

This is what we've found here too with our Windows 7 users.  They have to use the 'net use v: https://yourwebdavpathhere' to connect via webdav.

Turn on the IIS Management Console and WebDAV publishing Windows features, then, at the command prompt, enter:

net use * https://weblearn.ox.ac.uk/dav/627953ae-2fe7-4822-a70f-9c149f251794
