[Building Sakai] Autojoin tool

I'm don't remember if we ever used it in 2.5, but do have it installed in
the current 2.6 build.

The tag for 2.6 we're using is here:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/msub/umich.edu/ctools/autojoin/tags/

It *probably* will work with 2.5 if you change the version.

Steve has also been committing to an autojoin for ANU at this directory,
also for 2.6.

Installation is basically:
1) Check this out to a directory with other sakai source
2) Build sakai from source and deploy it to tomcat
3) Change the pom.xml version of the parent in autojoin to match the source
you're building
4) do a "mvn install sakai:deploy -Dmaven.tomcat.home=<your tomcat dir>" in
the autojoin directory.
5) Probably have to restart tomcat as it might have components :(

Some of these ideas are incorporated into a patch on
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-15832. The idea of this patch was to
add a feature where if you go to a site that is joinable, it will prompt you
if you want to join the site. If you select "Ok", you will join the site.
This likely wouldn't make it until a 2.8 release unless we do a feature
branch of portal in 2.7.
