[Building Sakai] Export sites from 2.4 & import to 2.6

Hi Patrick,

What happened with the upgrade? We just migrated from 2.4 to 2.6 without a hitch. The upgrade path is one that has a lot of resources spent on it to get it right, so if it didn't work we'd like to hear about it.
