[Building Sakai] Export sites from 2.4 & import to 2.6

I have an old 2.4 install which I could never upgrade to 2.6 because the
database upgrade utility never worked. I installed a new 2.6 version and
that's working fine but there are a few only sites in the 2.6 install that
we would like to use. 

Can I some how export them from the 2.4 install and import them into 2.6?
