[Building Sakai] Export sites from 2.4 & import to 2.6

Hi Steve,

Every time I ran the datbase migration scripts I got all sorts of errors.
Tables missing, table with different entries etc. Dozens and dozens or
errors. I can't remember them all. I spent weeks trying to get it done but
couldn't.

I wrote messages to the forum asking for help but got non except from one of
the developers say he didn't have time to work on it. 

So I gave up and just move to 2.6 which I haven't upgraded to whatever is
the latest. So now I have stuff in the old version that I'd like to move to
2.6.
