[Building Sakai] Accessing sakai tool from a java app

Hello everyone, I'm trying to use an exterior java application that asks for
the user's login and password to open a browser window that directly login
in sakai and shows a particular sakai  tool. The problem is that i dont have
a static url because the tool might be registered in many diferent sites.
Someone knows if sakai has some kind of functionality to allow such thing?
Or if there is any other way to open directly one of sakai's tools,
regardless of the site in witch it is registered?
