[Building Sakai] Accessing sakai tool from a java app

Hi Arthur,

You could use the web services to get the URL to the site and then to the tool in that site. You won't be able to link to just a tool though, because as you noted, it could be in any site so you will need to know the context in which the tool is to be rendered. You can link to a tool in a user's My Workspace easy enough though.
