[Building Sakai] eliminate user 'My workspace'????

Hello community!

I've thinking about the famous bug of the skin and the logo that changes
when a site !user have other skin, and this user access to 'my workspace',
although the 1st time appears correctly, at the time that you go to any
tool, the skin and the banner change to the default, and the other
disappears ... (http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-6239)

I thought if it would be possible to eliminate the creation of 'My workspace',
eliminating the possibility of this happening, and adding these features,
which appear in 'my workspace' as site tools when this user is suscribed to
this site.

What do you think?  feasible? Too complicated?
