[Building Sakai] Sakai msgcntr 262 upgrade to msgcntr 273

[Qu, Yuanhua]

We are using mysql database and are upgrading forums from 2.6.2 to 2.7.3 to our local sakai 262 instance.

I did the mysql conversion indicated in

           https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/msgcntr/branches/msgcntr-2.7.x/messageforums-hbm/src/sql/mysql/mfr_conversion_26x-27x.sql

It seems working fine with our existing data so far.  I would like to check if this is sufficient for msgcntr upgrade.

The one puzzled me a little is the file mfr_m2-m3_mysq_conversion.sql .   I am not sure what the following conversion is for  or should I apply them too?
