[Building Sakai] accessKey Samigo

Hi all, anyone knows how works samigo accesKeys?

I was looking to fix this issue,
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-16356,  but I think the problem is
other.

 As I have understood when you press alt + access key, would focus button. But
it does nothing, it seems that acceskey do not works, or I don't know
executing them.



For example for a published samigo examn, on configuration, it is assumed
that the Save Settings button has the acceskey: a_saveSettings
