[Building Sakai] help! Ical export bringing up 404 sakai 2.6

Hi Dominic,

If you are using Apache and mod_jk in front of your production Tomcat, you
must also map the failing url in mod_jk otherwise Apache won't be forwarding
it to tomcat.
