[Building Sakai] Changing Sakai host address

Hello to everyone.

We have the following situation:
Originally Sakai system was accessed by IP address (during the pilot), but
now it is accessed by domain name.
The problem is the following: there are a lot of hyperlinks inside the Sakai
content, using absolute address (IP address).

How we can migrate DB to change all url prefixes? Am I correct, that we need
look at CONTENT_RESOURCE and CONTENT_RESOURCE_BINARY tables?
