[Building Sakai] sakai css modification

Iam using sakai 2.6.0rc1 for my project .In the portal.css i did some
changes in the top frame to give some color  for my sakai application in the
Top Frame. The color reflects in the top frame in IE in all pages, but in
Mozilla Firefox the color reflets only in the gateway page not in other
logged in pages. can u please tell what is the mistake
