[Building Sakai] Continuum, Hudson, Bamboo or some other ci server app

Fluid has been using Continuum for our nightly builds. Nice online
console. As a client of the system I've been very happy with it --
easy to see what failed and why and easy to manually refresh.
However, I didn't set it up or administer it so I don't know how good
or easy that end is.
