[Building Sakai] Relative links in FCK to Resources

Is there a way to make a relative link within the FCK editor in the lessons
tool, Tests and Quizzes, Announcements, etc. to content in the resources?
Using the Link button returns an absolute URL which still refers to the
original course when content is copied into a new course.

Blackboard had this little known functionality where, if a URL within a
course had the text ³%%courseid%%² (or something like that) the user would
be brought to the file in that course.  Ideal example; if I used the URL
³https://cle.nps.edu/access/content/group/%%courseid%%/images/Green%20Apple.
gif² in a link from within a course it would return the file from that
course.

This will be useful for maintaining links created by the FCK editor when
sites are duplicated or content is copied from one course to another, the
links will go to the files within that site and not to the site in which the
link was originally created using an absolute link.
