[Building Sakai] FCK editor 2.6.2 'enter key jumping' problem for Sakai 2.6

Hello Peter,

I did the patches for SAK-15993 and SAK-15994. Each of these resolves  
the problem. SAK-15993 just solves this (and blank editors  
submitting  <br/>), while SAK-15994 upgrades the editor version.  
We've had good results in our testing and I don't personally see any  
reason to avoid the upgrade. We are, however, doing more extensive QA  
with the hope that SAK-15994 will be merged to 2.6.x  sometime soon.
