[Building Sakai] FCK editor 2.6.2 'enter key jumping' problem for Sakai 2.6

HI All,

Due to the '"enter key jumping" behavior for to FCK-editor 2.6.2, I have seen there is a SAK-15994(http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-15994) to address this issue by replacing it with FCK 2.6.4 version. Have any other schools applied this patch for Sakai 2.6 version?  Is there any problem?  We are planning to apply this patch for our Sakai 2-6-x.
