[Building Sakai] Setting up Sakai development environment

I am develop in sakai 2.4 with maven 1.0.2  but  when import source code in
Sakai o command do maven
mvn eclipse:eclipse don't work .
error:
BUILD FAILED
Goal "eclipse:eclipse" does not exist in this project.
