[Building Sakai] Form importing issue ( SAK-15348)

I¹ve been looking into this one a bit and from some of the digging through
our data at IU, it looks like some of the schemaHash values are incorrect.
The hash is used in determining if an imported form already exists or not.
I was wondering if any other folks could poke through their data and verify
any of the same results?
It¹s not really an easy verification, as I had to add some code to spit out
the stored hash and then also recalculate the hash and show me which ones
were different.
In our data, we have just under 1000 forms (definitions) and there were
about 450-ish that came up with differing values.  That was a shockingly
high number!  I was hoping that I could tie the bad ones to some date of an
upgrade, but they ranged from 2006 to the previous day, so that kind of
ruled that out.
One option I¹ve toyed with is to just recalculate the hashes for all of
them, but that won¹t really help me figure out why some don¹t match.  Anyone
have any other thoughts or suggestions?
