[Building Sakai] Problem with Vietnamese in Melete tool ?

Hi Phuc Bui,

Melete uses sakai:inputRichText tag to render FCK editor while most of 
the other sakai tools use sakai:richTextArea tag. When we were working 
on this issue it was recommended to use sakai:inputRichText tag and the 
other tag was being deprecated but it never did and is actually a better 
tag. Joshua added a feature for us in the tag to access the collection 
we are in with filepicker feature of FCK editor. So its not that easy 
now to switch the tag. Going forward we want to get away from FCK 
editor.We use a commercial editor "sferyx" for lessons which is a java 
applet and works well with foreign languages.
