[Building Sakai] Problem with Vietnamese in Melete tool ?

Dear Beth and all,
I have attached 2 screenshots 
One, I was editing a lesson in Melete tool. 
The other, I was browsing it as another user. 
Other parts that are in Vietnamese are OK, just only the content of the
lesson has problem.

I'd make sure Vietnamese works for you in other tools, and verify none  
of the common UTF-8 problems described below exist:

Can you describe what exactly the "font" problem is (or attach a  
screenshot)?
