[Building Sakai] Melete - Export to SCORM 2004 ERROR

Dear all,

When I tried to export lesson to SCORM package 2004, I got this error ?

What is the file SCORM2004base.zip used for? Does not Melete create it ? Or
I have to download or create it ?
