[Building Sakai] SVN server is acting up

Hey gang,
You may have noticed that svn operations are a bit slow the last 10 minutes
or so.  There¹s something up on the hardware that¹s hosting that virtual
instance.  Our folks are looking into it and will hopefully let us know when
it¹s resolved.  I¹ll pass word along as soon as I hear something.
