[Building Sakai] SVN server is acting up

Just an FYI that this will affect your viewing of Jira issues as well, but only if you're trying to view at the "All" or "Subversion Commits" tabs for an issue.  Jira will just spin and not load the page.

Hey gang,
You may have noticed that svn operations are a bit slow the last 10 minutes or so.  There's something up on the hardware that's hosting that virtual instance.  Our folks are looking into it and will hopefully let us know when it's resolved.  I'll pass word along as soon as I hear something.
