[Building Sakai] QTI 1.2 Import in Mneme 1.2m3 (.xml)

Hi Vivie,
We are currently using Test-Center 1.1.8 which is available from:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/muse/test-center/tags/1.1.8-2.5.0

Since Test Center is composed by both ambrosia and mneme, which version of
ambrosia should be used with mneme 1.2m4? ambrosia 1.2m2 or trunk?
I noticed that there are no tags or branches under:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/etudes/test-center

Also is QTI export also supported? This would be useful for exchanging
selective tests between instructors.
