[Building Sakai] Melete upgrade issues

Hi Bryan,
It seems that you have not upgraded the components.xml file.
<value>org/sakaiproject/component/app/melete/ModuleStudentPrivs.hbm.xml</value>
is defined in 2.4.5 and we have removed it from 2.5 onwards.
