[Building Sakai] Melete upgrade issues

Bryan,

It appears that there is some problem with the 
MELETE_MODULE_STUDENT_PRIVS table. This table should have been dropped 
as of Melete2.5, it is achieved with the melete25_upgrade.sql script. 
See if this table still exists in the db.
