[Building Sakai] Melete upgrade issues

Rashmi and Mallika,

I checked the db and verified that the table melete_module_student_privs was
successfully dropped when I ran the upgrade script.

I also checked the components/src/webapp/WEB-INF/components.xml file and
there is no
<value>org/sakaiproject/component/app/melete/ModuleStudentPrivs.hbm.xml</value>
like there was in the previous components.xml file.
