[Building Sakai] Melete upgrade issues

Hi all,

We are running Melete 2.4.5 in Sakai 2.5.x with a mysql db. I am trying to
upgrade to Melete 2.5 but have run into an error. I checked out the code
from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/etudes/melete/tags/melete_2-5_sak-2-5-0,
successfully built the tool then ran the two db scripts,
melete25_upgrade.sql and seqxml_script.sql, but now I get hibernate errors
on startup (see attached log file). I'm not too hibernate savvy so any help
is much appreciated. Thanks!
