[Building Sakai] Better contrib/confluence documentation was: Who do I ask for contrib svn access?

It also says it on the top of the SVN page:

Account requests: Please email svn at collab dot sakaiproject dot org.

I think that aliases to the svn-admins. But +1 for a confluence page
about it as I think in the past the info has just been on the mailing
lists.

cheers,
Steve
