[Building Sakai] Guest Site with no My Workspace

I wonder if it has something to do with
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-12672
or http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-12705
Something is preventing the my workspace creation process from
completing properly.
If you delete a my workspace, it will get created the next time a user
logs in. Not sure why it isn't getting created properly the first time,
if deleting it and re-logging in works properly.
