[Building Sakai] Guest Site with no My Workspace

Kathy,

Is there a chance that your users are using a different Locale and  
thus are affected by this bug:

http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-14198

This was stopping My Workspaces from being created properly and is not  
in 2.5.4 AFAICT.
