[Building Sakai] KNL-237: Oracle confirmation

Following the instructions given in the bug description, I don;t 
see any issues against:

http://qa3-us.sakaiproject.org:8086/ (2.7.0-M2)
http://qa2-us.sakaiproject.org:9090/ (2..6.x_qa)

Both are running Oracle.
